Authorized Partner Integration
DDPOMS is a private fulfillment microservice for Duo Digital Prints clients. App installation is strictly invitation-only via verified direct installation links issued by our operations team.
When you install this app, Shopify links permissions, but does not activate webhooks until the app is opened inside Shopify Admin at least once.
Immediately after completing installation: Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > DDPOMS and open the app page. This single click triggers the secure token exchange, registers your store in the database, and activates automated order synchronization.
Setup Instructions
Receive Your Direct Link
Your Duo Digital Prints account manager will provide your store's authorized installation link. Open the link in your browser and approve the requested permissions.
Open App in Admin
In your store's Shopify Admin, navigate to Apps > DDPOMS. Open the app to complete the initial connection handshake. A green "Order sync active" badge confirms activation.
Automatic Fulfillment
You're all set! New orders placed on your store are immediately forwarded in real time to the Duo Digital Prints production queue with full tracking and zero manual intervention.
